International Immo Consulting was founded in 2000 by Professor Gervais Mendo Zé, former Director General of Cameroon Radio Television (CRTV). The starting observation was clear: over 90% of judicial disputes in Cameroon were related to land, and the cost of acquiring land remained out of reach for a large part of the population. Our mission was born from this conviction: making access to land ownership safer and more accessible.

First established in Yaoundé, then Douala, the company progressively expanded internationally, with a presence in the United States and Canada. Today, International Immo Consulting serves clients across several continents, staying true to its founding commitment: securing and facilitating every real estate project, wherever our clients may be.

International Immo Consulting has developed a concept unique on the market: the real estate tontine. This system allows the acquisition of land that is already titled and subdivided, with payment spread over a period of 12 to 36 months. This approach makes access to land ownership genuinely affordable for a larger number of Cameroonians, including those in the diaspora, who can secure land back home without having to mobilize the full amount at once.
