The website internationalimmoconsulting.com (the "Site") is published by International Immo Consulting, a real-estate consulting company based in Cameroon. It presents the company's services, completed projects and property listings, and lets visitors contact us, request a quote, leave a review, subscribe to our newsletter, and submit a pre-registration for certain real-estate programs (for example the Mendo Zé Estate). These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Site.

Real-estate program pre-registration forms
Certain real-estate programs (such as the Mendo Zé Estate) are presented through an online pre-registration form. By submitting it, you understand and expressly agree that:
- this pre-registration does not constitute a construction contract, a firm reservation, or an automatic allocation of a property or plot;
- its sole purpose is to express your interest and provide the information needed by International Immo Consulting for the next steps of the selection process;
- International Immo Consulting reserves the right to contact you again, request additional information or documents, or not proceed with your pre-registration, without any liability on its part;
- the documents you submit (identity document, land title, land plan, etc.) must be authentic and belong to you or be legally valid for you to provide.
Use of the Site's other forms
The contact form, quote request, review submission, blog comments and newsletter subscription are offered free of charge to make it easier to reach International Immo Consulting. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use these forms for abusive, fraudulent purposes, or purposes contrary to their intent (solicitation, spam, abusive or defamatory content).
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, layout, illustrations, videos — is the exclusive property of International Immo Consulting or its partners, and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited, except for simple browsing or sharing via the share buttons provided on the blog.
Reviews and content submitted by visitors
Reviews (testimonials) and blog comments submitted by visitors remain the property of their authors, but International Immo Consulting reserves the right to moderate them, publish them, or refuse to publish them, in particular if they are clearly false, abusive, off-topic, or unlawful.
Limitation of liability
International Immo Consulting strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site (property descriptions, prices, availability), without being able to guarantee that it is free of any error or omission, particularly in the case of a recent change not yet reflected online. Commercial information (price, availability of a property or program) is provided for guidance only and must be confirmed directly with our team before any commitment. International Immo Consulting cannot be held liable for a temporary interruption of the Site, in particular for maintenance, nor for any damage resulting from use of the Site that does not comply with these Terms of Service.

The Site may contain links to third-party services (WhatsApp, social networks, Google). International Immo Consulting has no control over these third-party sites and disclaims any liability for their content.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon, failing prior amicable resolution.
