Since 2016, International Immo Consulting SARL has developed a real estate savings scheme designed to make land ownership more accessible.
The concept enables Cameroonians living both in Cameroon and abroad to gradually invest in the purchase of land and bring their real estate projects to life.
This approach is particularly suited to people with different income levels who want to build their property assets progressively.

This payment structure is designed to make land acquisition more affordable by spreading the cost over time.
